COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Season and brown the ribs in a hot pan.

Transfer to a dish, add stock or wine, cover and cook low and slow.
Timings:
3–5 hours until the bones slide clean.
Allow to rest in the cooking juices.
