COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Shallow Fry (From Ambient)

  1. Remove from packaging 10 minutes before cooking. Heat a pan over high heat.

  2. Lightly oil and season the steak.

  3. Place into a hot, dry pan and turn once during cooking.

Timings:
Rare: 3–4 minutes
Medium: 5–6 minutes

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
