COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Shallow Fry – From Ambient
Remove the steak from its packaging around 10 minutes before cooking and heat a pan over high heat.
Lightly oil and season the steak.
Place into a hot, dry pan and cook, turning once.
Timings:
Rare: 3–4 minutes
Medium: 6–7 minutes
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
