Cut from the breast, brisket is a hardworking muscle with incredible depth of flavour. When cooked low and slow, the connective tissue melts into the meat, creating beautifully tender beef with a rich, comforting character. Ideal for braising, smoking or slow-roasting.

(Please note briskets are flat and trimmed)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Slow Cook (From Ambient)

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.

  2. Lightly oil and season the brisket.

  3. Brown in a pan, then braise in stock or cover and roast low and slow.

Timings:
4–6 hours until fork tender.

Rest before slicing or shredding.
