COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Quick Sear (From Ambient)

  1. Bring to room temperature for 5–10 minutes. Heat pan on medium-high.

  2. Do not add oil — the fat will render naturally.

  3. Sear briefly on each side.

Timings:
A5 should be cooked very lightly: 30–60 seconds per side.

Rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
