COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Shallow Fry (From Ambient)

Bring to ambient for 10 minutes. Heat pan on high.

Lightly oil and season.

Place into a hot, dry pan and turn once.
Timings:
Rare: 2–3 minutes
Medium: 4–5 minutes
Rest for 5 minutes; always slice against the grain.
