COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Shallow Fry (From Ambient)

  1. Remove from packaging 10 minutes before cooking. Heat a pan over high heat.

  2. Lightly oil and season.

  3. Sear in a hot, dry pan, turning once for even colouring.

Timings:
Rare: 2–3 minutes
Medium: 4–5 minutes

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
