COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Shallow Fry – From Ambient
- Remove the steak from its packaging around 10 minutes before cooking and heat a pan over a high temperature.
- Lightly oil and season the steak.
- Place into a hot, dry pan and cook, turning once.
Timings:
Rare: 2–3 minutes
Medium: 3–6 minutes
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
